3% VAT instead of 17%
For the renovation of your main home, over two years old, you benefit from the super reduced rate of 3% on labour and materials, up to 50 000 € per home. It is an immediate saving, directly on your invoice.
Klimabonus
For work that improves energy performance, such as insulation, windows or heating, the Luxembourg State funds part of the cost through the Klimabonus programme. We tell you whether your project is eligible.
