No, unless you add work. Our quote is itemised line by line and that is the price invoiced. Any surprise in the existing room is announced before we touch anything.

Are materials included in the ranges?

Yes, labour and materials. You can also supply some items yourself, for example the tiles or the vanity: we adapt the quote.

How long does the work take?

Two to three weeks for a bathroom, from removal to the final finishes. The schedule is set before we start and kept.

Do I have to pay everything up front?

No. A deposit at the start, then stage payments, and the balance once the work has been checked together.

What makes the price move

Size

A small 4 m² bathroom does not cost half of an 8 m² one: plumbing, electrics and fixtures stay the same. Only the tiling and its installation grow with the area.

The existing room

Moving water supplies, redoing the electrics or treating a damaged substrate takes time. We tell you at the site visit, never afterwards.

The finish level

This is the biggest item: between standard tiles and large-format marble-effect ones, or between classic taps and a concealed model, the budget can double.

The fixtures

Walk-in shower, freestanding bath, wall-hung toilet, towel radiator, LED mirror: every choice has its price, and we help you decide.

And for a complete renovation?

For an apartment or a house, count most often between 600 and 1 200 € per m² depending on the scope of the work. Every project is different: the free quote remains the only way to get a precise figure.

Reduced VAT: check your eligibility

The 3% rate may apply to certain eligible renovation expenses for a main residence in Luxembourg, subject to conditions. The applicable rate, exclusions and application process must be checked before work starts. The reduction is not automatic.
